Justine is the Operations Manager at Lamac Multipurpose Cooperative (Lamac MPC). She has over 26 years of experience as a coop youth leader, advocate, manager and agripreneur. She started her involvement in the cooperative movement at the young age of 7 through Lamac MPC’s Kiddie Savers Program. She joined its Youth Planet Laboratory Cooperative as one of its youth leaders in 2004 and eventually became its Chairperson. Justine and her team were the winners of COOP Pitch at APCYS 1.0 in 2016. She is the recipient of the Joe Biden Award for the Development Educator of the Year and the Edward Filene Credit Union Award for best film production by the International Credit Union Leadership Development & Education Foundation (ICULD&E Foundation) in 2017.
