Andre is the Founder and Chairman of Good City Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Hong Kong, Bandung, Manila and Bangkok. He curates summits and development programs with city governments in Southeast Asia and Africa in domains like urban development, food, fintech, governance and policy, and builds a network of emerging cities in Asia and Africa through established Emerging Future Cities Network, both public and private sectors. He is currently the Fellow of the G20 Global Smart Cities Alliance and Global Centre for Urban Transformation (Southeast Asia and Mainland China) at the World Economic Forum, Advisory Board of the Small and Medium Sized Cities Digital Transformation Project in the Forum in Beijing and serving in the working group of IoT and Urban Transformation (Asia Action Group) in the Forum. Andre graduated from The University of Hong Kong and Li Ka Shing Foundation Scholar in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at The National University of Singapore.
